hello, my agents want to hide their cie email address in order to prevent any customer from sending email to their corporate emails.
Even if their account is created with primary email being their corporate email and the reply to being info @ourcie.com, the corporate email shows in the email sent to the customer. granted that the reply will go to the inbound case email but the agents says that customers are using this information to get to them directly, i.e. not using reply to.
what is the best pratice with this? are you agents “difficult” like mines?
currently they login with their windows credentials and the primary and corporate email is john.doe @ourcie.com
Should I create new “anonymous” profile like agent1, agent2,etc with no email address? or do you have another creative solution?
