Help: The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of SuiteCRM: SuiteCRM System Version: 6.5.18

Hello I tried to download the update files from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/suitecrm/files/upgrades/

I am running Suite 6.5.18 so I tried the following packs:

suitecrm-Upgrade-6.5.x-to-7.0.1.zip 2013-11-04 18.0 MB

and also when the above failed.

suitecrm-Upgrade-6.5.x-to-7.0.2.zip 2014-01-20 19.2 MB

Both of which produce the error in my title of my thread which says The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of SuiteCRM: SuiteCRM System Version: 6.5.18

What is the reason for this error, and more importantly, how can I update to the most recent version of SuiteCRM?

Those versions of SuiteCRM were most likely prior to SugarCRM 6.5.18. You should use the 6.5.x-> 7.1.8 upgrade.

Hi, where would I find such a file? I do not see an upgrade file from 6.5.x to 7.1.8 in the sourceforge directory http://sourceforge.net/projects/suitecrm/files/upgrades/ nor do I see it on the downloads page https://suitecrm.com/download

BUMP I still need some support on this - I do not see the upgrade package that you are referencing. Thank you.
