I need help to setup email from suitecrm to accounts from a shared email address like firstname.lastname@example.org but using the user name and surname.
I was able to do that setting the “primary” email@example.com email address in user options
I also tried setting up firstname.lastname@example.org and give options to send email to users. It works but the from field is always the generic email@example.com and I prefer to present to customers with user name / surname
so I believe it should be:
- firstname.lastname@example.org as “primary” email address
-email@example.com as “reply to” email address
seems I can do that from user option page but “reply to” does not save the checkbox setting after editing
