help repair and rebuild crashed site

hi so i added this file in php to the directory

custom/extension/application/Ext/Language/

<php

$app_strings[‘LBL_SUITE_DASHBOARD’] = 'UK - Energy Watch ';

then when i added i went to admin side and did a repair and rebuild on the database and now it wont show anything its error 500

chmod /chown of your new file might not be good.
