HELP PLEASE !!! 1)cases closed 2)create new contact

1)Can the “cases” section, when i closed the same in “state: closed” and after click on save, send a mail to my client for comunicate that “the cases is been completed”. ?

  1. Is possible create a contact that will be able to look only the state of the their cases ?

Yep, The Cases module should send an Email to the Contacts associated to the Case when the case is closed. Although, you will need to ensure that your Email Settings are set up correctly. (Found in Admin > Email Settings)

2:
You should be able to make a User that can only view cases that are assigned to them, (Or Cases that are part of their security group), by using the Security Groups functionality. You can configure security groups in Admin > Role Management, Admin > Security Suite Group Management and Admin > Security Suite settings

Although, if you want to lock it down further, (i.e, Users will only be able to see specifically the Status of the case, and nothing else) then you will need to either customize Security Suite or purchase the full version as the Free version included in SuiteCRM doesn’t have field-level security out of the box.
