HELP! 500 internal server error

Hi, I was installing the Servers Error Finder plugin. Halfway through, the page starts to load (the loader is playing) and in the background, I can see that the plugin says to Activate the plugin. But after waiting for about 15 minutes, the loader is still showing so I reloaded the page and immediately got this message.

I read some related articles on 500 server error but none related to error caused by plugin.

I have a project project running and need to get this application up and running asap.

Are you sure that plugin is compatible with SuiteCRM v8?

Surely there is, but it’s better if you ask the makers of the add-on. I mentioned one person from that company above, but you can also try to contact them from their website.

Thanks! I rolled back from my backup copy including the database. It’s working now and no data loss.

Btw, how do I mark this issue as closed?

There is no “mark as closed” here. There is a way to mark specific posts inside the thread as “the solution”, but maybe there’s no real “solution” here, you just reverted from backup. It’s good to have backups! :slight_smile:
