Having problem syncing with an email account

SuiteCRM version is 7.9.11 installed in a shared Linux server.

We are trying to sync SuiteCRM email module with an IMAP email account that has thousands of email messages.

After waited for a few minutes, the sync failed and this was the message shown:

We checked the system log and found this error message:

Can someone help?
