:unsure: Having a problem with 7.3.2 migration on a test VM Archived email allocated via relationships
I created a new lead (Test) and under History of that Lead it displays 4 (Fred McDonald, Superman, Wicked Witch of the West… are displayed in screenshot) Archived Emails lumped together from other Leads, Contacts, and Accounts. There were 5, but one I had created only a lead for and reallocated that lead and it was properly allocated to its correct relationship. I am not sure if I should have created the email archives under the email rather than in the individual account History Archive email? Please see attachment for a screen capture, names are changed, as they are real customers even though they are in our VM test environment. I have gone into email and tried to establish (reallocate) the correct relationships with their correct owner somewhere as high as accounts but accounts does not display on the screen so I tried to set all the relationships to contacts. Please Help we are trying to migrate to 7.4.3 in stages and this is holding us back.

Any ideas? We really need help. Thanks, Foal109

Fixed: I was using my own email to test each one so it grouped them all together.
