Has anyone successfully upgraded SuiteCRM to 7.7.5

I am trying to upgrade from 7.5.3 to 7.7.5 but failing. After lot of learning over

  1. Upload Blank Screen Error,
  2. Suhosin Error
  3. Cache Problem

I feel things on track but stucking on below screen and not finding any help in the regard. Has anyone successfully upgraded or help me in solving the problem?
