group role level where a person can see records from two isolated group
test story:
user1 assigned to group1 with group role1
user2 assigned to group2 with group role1
user3 assigned to group 1 and group 2 with group role 1
problem now user3 cant see records of group1 and group 2
You have to assign the group to the records and make sure User 3’s role has rights set to Group in order to see Group 1 and Group 2 records. If User 3 cannot see a given record make sure that the correct groups are in the Security Groups subpanel and that the user has access to those groups.
