Group Report by Status - Bar Chart

Hi guys,

I was wondering if I could get help with this.

I’m trying to create a report, with a bar chart, which shows the status of contacts on the x-axis & the total number of people in each status on the y-axis.

Right now, I’m having a hard time combining similar status into the same bar on the chart.

From the attached screenshot, there are 3 contacts with the status “deposit” and rather than combine this into a single bar, they are treated as individual items.

Would appreciate if someone could help out with this.

You need to select the “group” checkbox for that field, and select the total as “count”

I’m sorry, I played around with all the options for a long time and I also couldn’t get it to work :huh:

You also have the brand new Analytics which requires installing a special software, but is very powerful:

Having the same problem. Is there any solution to this aside from the php or the analytics tool?
PS: PHP solution link is currently not working btw…
