GrinMark Plugin for Outlook 365 & SuiteCRM – License Configuration Issue

We are experiencing issues with the GrinMark Plugin for Outlook 365 and SuiteCRM integration and need help with the configuration.

Our license is assigned to a user who recently got a new laptop. When testing the configuration on the new device, an error appears stating that the plugin is not configured in CRM.

Additionally, when navigating to GrinMark Synchronizer Add-on > License Configuration in SuiteCRM, we receive the following error:

“You are not authorized to view this page. Please contact your system administrator.”

The affected user is the system administrator.

System Details:

  • SuiteCRM hosted on a dedicated web server
  • Operating System: CentOS v7.9.2009
  • MySQL Version: 5.7.44
  • PHP Version: 8.1

File and folder permissions for the CRM installation are set as follows:

  • Folders: 755
  • Files: 644
  • Owner/Group: Set correctly to the web server user

Since we are unable to access the License Configuration page in SuiteCRM, we cannot assign the license or add additional licenses.

Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
