Gmail oddities - with alternate/alias account

Hi all,

So I have email configured and tested, works when personal gmail account, work outlook account, current clients work gmail google workspace account… but when I try to send to the alias/alternate account it doesn’t go through. I have confirmed that emails directly to the alternate account work fine. Settings there are good as far as send from and use as alias, but for some reason when sending, even test emails, to the alternate account - it isn’t going through.

Gmail issue, or SuiteCRM issue?

Did you checked Users may send as this account’s identity:

[jkortus1234]

Have tried with both… Noting - if I send an email to just a standard Gmail account, it works. If I send to the google workspace primary domain email - it works, if I send to the google workspace alias email - it does not work.
