Global Search - Link issue

Edit links next to the returned records point to non-HTTPS links. this causes chrome to block clicking the link

I don’t see this issue happening here. Do you have correct settings in your config.php?
site_url is including the https?

When searching the Targets module, the returned record’s Name is not linked, meaning the record cannot be clicked on.

Same here and on the live demo version. Do you want to add it to the Github issue queue?
