Hi, i’v been having some problems with the global email configuration.
Follow me on this:
Let’s say that i have a global e-mail configured and working in my CRM. But for some reason i want to change that global e-mail configuration and use some other account.
I go to the global e-mail configuration, change the settings, email, user name, password, smtp, port, etc.
And hit “send a test” (before saving the changes) works fine.
But, the thing is after i save leave the page and go back to the global e-mail configuration and i try to send a new test email it will fail.
So, i edit the settings again and change the password to my new password and hit “send test email”, and it work again. But after saving the changes it will fail once more.
It seems there’s a bug in there, that prevents Suite from storing the new password.
Did you guys had this problem before?
