Getting "Unexpected error when calling action" on Actions

Hello,
I am trying to call an entry point by creating a custom option similar to the default print as pdf option on the actions of the Contact Module. But I get the “Unexpected error when calling action” problem every time when I click on the option.

Can someone help me?

Have you enabled the frontend extension in your crm instance?

No…there is no need to create frontend extension.
