getting the error while adding the tab

i dont know more about that.but i can describe the whole event.
when i click on add tab then a new pop up come and asking me the tab name and no of column
after clicking on submit button above error comes and new tab cant be visible at dashboard

Hi Arpit,

What is your server setup? What version of SuiteCRM are you running? Have you navigated to Admin -> Repair and executed a Quick Repair & Rebuild and then cleared your cache?
