Getting Internal server error on Proceed button | SuiteCRM 8.1.3

Hi,

I am trying to install SuiteCRM 8.1.3 but getting an internal server error on Proceed button,

This is response i am getting

No error in apache logs
No error in suitecrm log

Hi, make sure that you answer the question " **POPULATE DATABASE WITH DEMO DATA?: **" by clicking below it and selecting yes or no before clicking “Proceed”
