Getting Audit Logs of a module records using rest api

Hello Suite CRM Developers,

I am developing a site which is like the freelancer.com,I am storing the all data in suite crm using the web portal which is used to access for customer and freelancer. Here I want to show the One fields history for a users who are using the portal. I am using the Rest API to store and retrieve the data from CRM. I could not find a function to get the Audit Trial/ History of a field from a module record.

My Idea is defining a function in Rest API Service files to get the data. .

If any one having a better idea on this, You can help me out to complete the task please.
