I suggest opening your own thread, a new one with more precise information.
Most of the stuff here seems to be server configuration issues, i.e. SuiteCRM is not correctly installed.
The one listed in the subject of the post:
"Getting a message āerror occurred while retrieving recordsā.
I didnāt want to do that in case someone said this issue has already been asked and answered.
