getting a blank page after setting Security Suite

Hello - I just implemented security suite and now I am getting a blank page when I try to save an account, contact lead, etc. Additionally when I try to change a password I get a black page.

The only error I see in the sugarcrm.log is when I try to update password it complains about convert: converting date.

I have check permissions, did a quick repair.

Running suitecrm 7.1.2

Hi Jeff,

We would recommend upgrading to SuiteCRM 7.1.3 which has many fixes, and re-trying.
