500 internal error comes when clicked on back key

Which version of SuiteCRM are you using?
Exactly how do you get the 500 error, what steps do you do?
Check your php.ini and possibly increase your
memory_limit (at least 256MB, and 512MB is better)
max_execution_time (increase a bit)
