Scenario:
We have two tables/modules involved customers and calls. Our goal is to take a specific field - segment from customers and display it to calls’ table list view. So far we can only use segment field in the subpanel of calls module. Is there a way we can have customers’ module segment field available in the calls module list view as one the columns to display. Thanks in advance!

Other option is to create a custom field on the calls module and query the require information from customers when saving. that way your will always have the info on the same table and you can use it on any call’s view
Hi! Thanks for the reply! I actually thought of making a custom field in the calls module . I have a query in mind:
SELECT call.*, cust.segment FROM cust LEFT JOIN calls ON cust.custID = calls.custID
Though I don’t know if this is correct/possible and how am I going to implement in the calls module.
