Generate Letter - PDF Template

I’m running Security Suite (licensed version) and SuiteCRM 7.1.1. The generate letter function displays and works correctly under my login (administrator permissions) but does not display the “generate letter” option for my users. The AOS_PDF_Template module has assigned permissions for my users roles, but the generate letter option will not display under their logins. i’ve played with permissions and can’t seem to make it work - perhaps i’m just overlooking something.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is the action menu a drop down or list of buttons? Can you provide a screen shot of the list of actions for a module where generate letter should be present(provide screen shot for both admin and regular user type)?
