Hi

If SugarCRM has a dual license whereby they can charge clients money and then don’t need to publish the changes, does that mean that SuiteCRM can do the same?

SugarCRM has an open source version and several closed source versions so they can only ever charge money if a client signs up to use their ‘Pro’ versions of the software.

We only have an open source version of SuiteCRM and it will always be open source as that is the whole point of SuiteCRM.
