I am wanting to add integration between FreshDesk and SuiteCRM so appropriately downloaded and installed the plug-in that’s available from the SuiteCRM store however it doesn’t work.
What i have found is that the file Ticket_Sync.php is completely missing. It’s not in the module builder files, it’s not on the server.
I have attempted to contact their support via multiple methods but receive no reply.
Does anyone know where i can obtain the Ticket_Sync.php file?
Unfortunately it looks like that add-on has been disabled now (looking at that page). As we are not directly responsible of the add-ons on the store we can only suggest you contact them - which you’ve done.
I couldn’t find any public reference to that php file out in the world so unfortunately you may need to ask for a refund. You can do so through the store rather than directly with the add-on developer.
