Fresh Install 8.6.0 Login credentials incorrect, please try again - Hosted on Godaddy

I did a fresh install (twice) the admin account can log in.
I created a new account, and I got the Login Credentials; please try again.
PHP Versoin 8.1
Any help will be much appreciated.

Check if you have all correct permissions and ownership

I downgraded PHP from V8.x to V7.4 and everything started working.
