fresh install 7.1.1 with demo data - CASES not working?

considering upgrade from sugar 6.4.5 so I am testing 7.1.1 to evaluate work to do and if this version is completely accessible because 30% of my +100 user base is blind or have very low vision.

i installed on same crm server (IIs) and same sql 2012 server with demo data.

When I select Cases, I get “There was an error processing your request, please try again at a later time.” message…

It looks like all modules works ok.

What should I check?

Hi Serge,

It may be permissions related. Please see this guide for setting permissions on Windows/IIS.

Please also try a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair.
