i have a suitecrm 7.9.4 and the last french pack.
i have php 7
a lot of fields don’t translate in french. they indicat : undefined
Probably a permission/ownership issue on your installation , not on the pack
If you install a different language pack (try Portuguese - Portugal) and there is the same problem, then its not a problem of the language pack.
Basic stuff:
- You need to give server OS system details (Linux/windows)?
- Version of the language pack installed?
- Have you performed a successful Admin / Repair / “quick rebuild and repair” ?
- If you go to “Admin / Upgrade Wizard” and verify system (just step 1, no need to finish the job) does it send any errors?

What steps have you done to confirm this?
it’s ok i changed every folder at 775 for testing and my laguage pack working
