Freepbx call history working but no CRM linked user -

I see inbound and outbound calls from Freepbx but in freepbx there is no CRMlinked user. The only option is none. I am guessing this is why the user in Suitecrm has no call log information. We are trying to get the following working:

Pop up window using All in one CTI which is installed and running between both systems. No pop up is happening.

We also want to create an API connection to our Insurance AMS 360 software. Any one know what I am missing?

SSH into your FreePBX and type this command.

fwconsole crm -u -f

Then you will see CRMlinked user(s)

Hi, similar issue here. Everything appears to be connected properly between FreePBX and SuiteCRM, and fwconsole crm -u -f runs successfully, but there still are no users showing up in the “link to crm user” dropdown. Any ideas how to debug this further?

Found my issue - my configured URL to SuiteCRM in the FreePBX CRM settings was missing a subdirectory. Once I fixed that and ran the update, it started working.
