Fonts not displaying in generated pdfs

Hello

Can anyone explain why the fonts dont change when I edit the quotation pdf?

I can change in the wysiwyg editor or by altering the html code, but arial doesnt look like arial!!

Please see attached - it doesnt matter what i set the font to, it always looks like this.

Just upgraded to 7.2.1, but was doing same at 7.2.
