PHP Sessions Configuration Error

SuiteCRM relies upon PHP sessions to store important information while connected to this web server. Your PHP installation does not have the Session information correctly configured.

A common misconfiguration is that the ‘session.save_path’ directive is not pointing to a valid directory.

Please correct your PHP configuration in the php.ini file located here below.

Hi @squaladesign,

Welcome to the Community :tada:

Could you confirm this is an issue you’ve been having on version 7.11.15?
Where are you seeing this error?
Does SuiteCRM work as expected during and after the installation?

Hi @Mac-Rae,
thanks for the very fast reply, yes the version is SuiteCRM 7.11.15 and I never install Suite before, this is the first time.
I just started the installation and I have this error, I’m searching everywhere what I missed something, but all modules and permission are ok.
The session path exists, what I have to do?

No problem, lets look at fixing this one up.
Could you confirm what;
OS your running?
PHP Version?
and apache versions?

I found the issue, PHP version, I was using the 7.4 but apparently he likes the 7.3.

That would be the one, for more info about compatibility check the compatibility matrix :+1:

thanks, I was just reading that article
Thank you for your help!
