field in employee section does not update the field in user section

Hi,

I am having issue with a custom field that I made in employee section.

if I edit the field in user section, the field is updated in employee section.
but if I edit the field in the employee section, the field in user section is not updated.

Can anyone please help me?

The field I am talking about is a multiselect.

Any idea please? This seems to be a bug. Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi,

We are aware of this issue, it was logged on our Github on the 24th Aug:#391

I had also tested other custom fields and it seems to be solely the Multiselect that causes issue.
