Field created with Mass update ticked, but doesn't show in the Mass Update window

Hello,
I created a field in the Contacts module, and ticked “mass update” so that I could change the content of this field for many contacts at a time, but I can’t see it when clicking on “Mass update” after selecting the contacts.
Is there something specific to do for a field to appear there apart from ticking “mass update” when creating the field?

Hello,
I have recreated the same field, but in a different category. It was a Dynamic dropdown, and didn’t show, and now it’s a Multiselect, and it shows in the mass update window.
