[Feature Request] Ability to create new related records (e.g. Account) directly from the relate field popup (e.g. in Opportunities)

Hello,
I’m using SuiteCRM 8.8.0 and I noticed that a very useful feature from SuiteCRM 7.x is currently missing.
When creating a new record, such as an Opportunity, the “Account” relate field opens a popup/modal to select an existing record. However, there is no option to create a new related Account directly from that screen.

In SuiteCRM 7.x, this was possible via a “Create” button or link within the relate field interface, allowing for a smooth data entry workflow. Currently, users must:

  1. Cancel or suspend the creation of the Opportunity,

  2. Create the new Account separately,

  3. Return and link the newly created Account to the Opportunity.

Suggested enhancement:

Add a “Create new” option to the relate field selection modal, so that:

  • A new related record (e.g. Account) can be created on the fly,

  • Once saved, it is automatically selected and linked in the original form,

  • The user can complete the workflow without interruption.

This would restore a much-valued feature and greatly improve usability and efficiency.
