Fatal Error during installation of 7.1RC on MSSQL database and SQL errors on front page

We are getting the following errors after the installation of SuiteCRM 7.1RC on a Linux machine connecting to a MSSQL database through FreeTDS:

[FATAL] Invalid object name ‘securitygroups_default’.: select securitygroups_default.id, securitygroups.name, securitygroups_default.module, securitygroups_default.securitygroup_id from securitygroups_default inner join securitygroups on securitygroups_default.securitygroup_id = securitygroups.id where securitygroups_default.deleted = 0 and securitygroups.deleted = 0

However, even with the errors, we are able to proceed to SuiteCRM after the install, however, the Security Suite module is missing completely and the following text shows up underneath the top navigation menu:

SQL Error : Incorrect syntax near ‘'.SQL Error : Incorrect syntax near '’.SQL Error : Incorrect syntax near ‘'.SQL Error : Incorrect syntax near '’.

There are also several cosmetic issues going on with the front page, like the SuiteCRM logo on the bottom not being properly aligned.

The security suite errors are due to the fact that the module has been included as part of the initial install, which would normally not be the case in a standard SugarCRM setup, so it outputs those errors.

If you cannot see the module, please check it’s not hidden in Admin -> Display modules and subpanels. Please also perform a Quick Repair & Rebuild, Rebuild Relationships and Repair Roles in Admin -> Repair.

In regards the cosmetics errors, there will be several items fixed before the official 7.1 release, but please feel free to post screen shots of all issues.

Thanks for the reply will, looks like the module was indeed hidden and the Repair and Rebuild operations fixed most of the issues. The only issue is the SQL error appearing on the front page only, I’ve attached an screenshot of the issue in question:
