When we created policy information then we are getting error on specific user

Are you still having this issue?


If so, Could you perhaps give some steps to replicate this?

I’m not entirely sure what part of the CRM the “Policy Information” relates to, could you shed some more light on this?


If it relates to a Specific user, it would be worth comparing this user to see how it differs from other users.
(ie, Different Locale settings / Profile settings / etc)
