Failed upgrade fix

After a failed upgrade to 7.9.x I restored to 7.5.3.

The instance runs but there are multiple usability issues including the inability to upgrade, problems with the email templates not merging and HTML showing up in the Case Descriptions.

Looking for some professional help in getting it fixed.


Do you own the machine, or is shared hosting?

Can you provide SSH access?

Do you have a clone where tests can be made?

I am just evaluating the sort of work that it is, not offering myself to do it… :slight_smile:
