Failed To Retrieve data

Hi I am new to SugarCRM,
How should i do to fix this problem?

I am created one New package with the name “Test Package”. and i created one Module with the name “Test Module”. now i am creating fields in this module when i click the save button it will say “Failed to retrieve data”.
How can solve this problem.
Please help me.
