Can I use the EWS protocol to connect to my mailbox instead of IMAPS?

SuiteCRM version 8.x

EWS protocol is not supported out of the box. You could develop a connector with EWS protocol, however, Microsoft announced retirement of EWS:

Best to use a supported protocol to connect to Microsoft mailboxes.
