Events - Email Invite - Locations

Hi :slight_smile:

We are creating Events inside SuiteCRM 7.8.1

We are hosting events in different locations, creating and linking them in CRM

When sending an email template we are attempting to link the Location details to the email template

Using the email template creator the variables for location are:

$fp_event_locations_address
$fp_event_locations_address_city
$fp_event_locations_address_state
$fp_event_locations_address_postalcode

These are not working when sending from an Event?
We keep seeing the variable

Any thoughts?
Are we missing something?

Hi, Taufique. Were you ever able to get location variables to display in your Event invitations? I’m having the same issue with the most recent version of suitecrm.

Apparently there is a fix for a similar issue, but this didn’t fix the particular location variable issue. https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/pull/6466/files
