Error while creating a new record and saving it

Whenever I try to create a new record and save it it throws an error,
But when I check in the list view the record is created and I can view that

I noticed that whenever I create a new record and save it is not redirecting to the record detail view
Any suggestions to fix this?

I think you need to get that permissions for the user.
