We just upgraded from 7.1.7 (I think) to 7.2.2
We are getting an error when trying to view contact details. “There was an error processing your request, please try again at a later time.” this doesn’t generate anything in the log file.
However when I restart our httpd server I do get the following error in the log.
PHP Fatal error: Smarty error: [in cache/modules/Contacts/DetailView.tpl line 893]: syntax error: unbalanced parenthesis in if statement (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1268) in /var/www/html/suite/include/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095, referer: http://.**.com/index.php?action=ajaxui
I renamed the tpl file to .bk and tried again and the same tpl file was rebuilt. I also did all of the repair stuff under repair in the admin panel.
I also restored the contact layouts to default to rule out a field error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh yea, and also the theme settings are not getting applied to Suite7 anymore. They are still set from our older instance but we are back to the default colors and the customizations are not taking.
