SuiteCRM 7.8.8 LTS

When I try to set up the crm suite with sparkpost.com, the following error appears. What would it be???

Error:SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Unconfigured Sending Domain SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.7.1
