Error when set a new bounce handling account

Hi, I have two problem when I try to add a bounce handling account:

  1. When i try to select the “trash folder” or the “sent folder” the CRM gives me the following screen with the following error


2. When I click “Test settings” it returns me “Login or Password Incorrect” (the username and password come fro the admin user of SuiteCRM).

The version of SuiteCRM is 7.11.7.

May be server host is using seperate port rather than 143.

Double check your settings then try again.

Should I check the mail server or the apache server in IMAP module?
Sorry but i’m not expert of mail server and IMAP

Just double check your server settings from Host. Ask them these questions.

  1. Does imap support external applications?
  2. What is IMAP port?
  3. Does that support SSL or TLS?

The port is correct but when I open the Javascript console I find this error:

The first error comes when I open the screen to create a new bounce handling account, the second comes when I try to select the trash/sent folder.

if possible, give 777 permission to cache folder.

I check the error.log file of apache and I found this:

This error comes when I try to select the “trash folder” or the “sent folder”
I don’t make any change in that fille.
