? anyone?
Had same error and this worked for me:
Hi all,
I have the same issue when trying to install a language pack. Were you able to solve your issue?
thanks,
Raul
Hi Raul,
Actually yes! With me it was just a very interesting solution. Apparently a security plugin from my wordpress website (which was 1 folder above the suitecrm folder) messed things up with .htaccess settings. So what I did, is move the suitecrm folder to a folder in “/” instead of “/public_html” and everything works fine! Also don’t forget to put the right owner settings in the config and util php files and the right permission number.
