Error showing in GEOCODING TEST

HI, When I am trying to run GEO coding test with an address, I am getting following message

    [error_message] => This API project is not authorized to use this API.
    [results] => Array
        (
        )

    [status] => REQUEST_DENIED
)

Can someone help please.
