Error Sending Email. Please contact your administrator

I m trying to forward inbound Email from /Collaboration/emails getting Error
“Error Sending Email. Please contact your administrator for assistance.”
Have faced this Issue with Version 7.11.19, after upgrade to 7.11.20 the same problem still persist.

All Inbound Emails are dispayed correctly. Even compose a new Email working fine, also from Admin/System Setting - no Issue - all Test Emails are getting delivered.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Are you still having this issue?

I personally haven’t noticed issues specifically when forwarding, that doesn’t occur when Composing

There have been a few fixes to the Email Module as of 7.11.20, perhaps it would be worth upgrading further to see if this has been resolved?


If not, it might be worth checking your SuiteCRM Error log, as well as your PHP error log to see if anything relevant appears
