I’ve spent hours on this. What’s annoying is I know what triggered it, I changed the password on my email account used for SMTP authentication. I’m missing the correct place to alter it in SuiteCRM.
It looks like the “From” value in the Compose screen is not populated
I’d recommend checking either of the following:
On the “Email Settings” page, are either of the following checkboxes checked?:
I believe that checking these would allow you to send using the System’s Email Settings
Otherwise, I believe you should be able to add a “Mail Account” on your user’s profile
When adding a Mail Account, you will have the option of specifying an Outgoing mail Account
