Error: Query limit of 20000 reached for Contacts module

We are getting this message when loading the target list for an email campaign. List only contains 578 contacts.

Your insight and help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I believe you have file system access. If yes, just go to the file config_override.php at the root of your SuiteCRM installation. Add the following line into the array.

$sugar_config['resource_management']['special_query_modules'][] = 'Contacts';

And try.
